Accessibility
A public place should begin with a usable website.
Last updated October 8, 2026
Our aim
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work, and this statement is not a claim of independent certification or that every assistive-technology combination has been tested.
Ways to read and navigate
Use the Skip to main content link at the start of each page. The navigation opens with the Explore The Track disclosure, which works with a keyboard and without JavaScript. Press Escape to close an open menu when scripts are available.
Our Reading view presents the main project stories and program questions as plain text with headings and an on-page contents list. It is linked from the navigation and footer and can be printed. Browser zoom and your device’s text and display preferences remain available.
Screen readers, forms and motion
We use page landmarks, headings, labeled fields and descriptive links. Meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative images are ignored by assistive technology. Status and error feedback is exposed to assistive technology, with visible focus and keyboard access.
Content is visible without scroll-triggered animation. Reduced-motion preferences are respected. Public-display and communication choices are optional and separated from the required interest acknowledgment.
Feedback and assistance
If anything blocks you, email hello@playthetrack.golf with the page address, what you were trying to do and, if you wish, your browser or assistive technology. Please avoid sending sensitive information. We can take the same interest request by email and work with you on another usable format.
Third-party sites and account providers have their own accessibility behavior. Please tell us if one creates a barrier so we can help with an alternative route.
