The Mosquito: short golf, long evenings
A walking short course centered on the old first-hole footprint, planned to grow from six holes during championship play to eight as shared ground clears and a full ten-hole loop after the main course finishes.
The idea is simple: approachable distances, optional limited-club rentals and a friendly place for families, beginners and seasoned players. After-dark play, check-in at the halfway house and the final routing depend on design, safe separation, funding and approvals.
The Mosquito is a central part of our vision for more ways to play and more time to enjoy the game. Lighting and short loops would make room for golf beyond the usual daylight round.
The Dunk: putting for everyone
Our large-format putting green doubles as a putting course. Come to practice, play a loop with friends or enjoy the gathering space beside the range and clubhouse. It is one facility, with many ways to use it.
The whole course, played short
The planned par-3 overlay adds shorter tees and dual pins across all 18 holes. Clear flags and sensible operating rules would make the full course a more approachable place to learn while giving regulars another way to play.
Ideas still on the drawing board
The Settlement, a bonus 19th hole near the clubhouse, and the Forest Secret, a small woodland golf experience, remain exploratory ideas. They are not initial delivery commitments. We will develop them only if routing, environmental care, funding and approvals make sense.
