Meet me at The Matchas
Our coffee and matcha truck brings the morning outside: espresso, matcha and a simple breakfast direction, with room to gather around it.
The truck adds service space without asking the existing clubhouse to fit a full coffee bar. Pick up your drink and settle into the clubhouse, on the patio or in the outdoor hangout. The seating is part of the experience, wherever you choose to sit.
Payne’s Pinthouse
A relaxed clubhouse for food, cold drinks and Gator games. Better lighting, furniture, TVs, seating and atmosphere are among our earliest improvements.
We are planning familiar, well-made food and easy service that works before a round, at the turn and when golf is done. Menus, service hours and alcohol service remain subject to operating plans and applicable licenses.
One place, all day
A coffee before work. A seat while the kids putt. Lunch after a lesson. Friends watching a game. We want the clubhouse and outdoor spaces to connect those visits, with shade, comfortable seating and a welcome for non-golfers.
