Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of playthetrack.golf, operated by Work & Family LLC d/b/a The Track. The site explains a proposal for Ironwood and gathers community, program and Steward interest. The Track is not currently represented as Ironwood’s operator. Contact hello@playthetrack.golf with questions.

Descriptions, illustrations, pricing concepts, improvements and programs are proposals unless explicitly identified as operating or confirmed. Selection, operating rights, funding, City agreements and required approvals remain conditions to delivery. Concept art is illustrative and may differ from the final facilities.

The submitted bid remains its own record. This website does not amend City procurement documents or create a City commitment. Roadmap sequencing and scope may change as the project develops.

We are pursuing a nonprofit stewardship structure. No completed fiscal sponsorship agreement, tax-exempt status or charitable deduction is represented on this site. No payments or donations are collected through these forms.

An expression of interest is not a binding pledge, purchase, debt, completed donation, investment, security or authorization to charge you. You may withdraw it. Any future payment requires a separate decision after the receiving entity, final terms and payment arrangements are identified. Playing benefits do not automatically qualify as a deductible contribution.

The current proposal provides 352 named Lifetime Steward places, at $10,000 individually or $30,000 for a Dream Foursome of four named people. Championship golf, range access and The Mosquito once open are proposed inclusions. Carts are additional. Booking privileges are the same as the public. Other amenities, transfers, guest benefits and usage limits are not promised unless included in final terms.

The first 100 purchasers are intended to receive added founding benefits, to be defined before purchase. A Dream Foursome is one purchaser and four places. Interest signup references are not purchaser numbers or guaranteed inventory. The program may fill before 100 purchasers.

Original lifetime signups carry forward as Lifetime Steward interest in their original order. The rename does not create new consent or a contract. The proposed program remains subject to operating capacity and any required City approvals.

Course control is not guaranteed indefinitely. The meaning of lifetime, any interruption or termination of benefits, transfer rules, cancellation and remedies must be specified in final purchase terms. No perpetual operating right or unconditional lifetime access is promised by this website.

The Founding Passenger proposal contemplates a complimentary soft-opening round for the first 500 signups, subject to The Track opening and final redemption arrangements. Social-media posting is optional. A signup image or reference is not a payment receipt or a current tee time.

Programs, discounts, digital passport features, events, vendor arrangements and partnerships are not available to book unless a specific confirmed offering says otherwise. Separate participation, payment and safety terms would apply when those services launch.

Community Supporters express general support. The honorary Community Advisory Board is a separate, personally invited group. Honorary participation does not create a governing board position, employment, partnership, agency or authority to bind The Track. No payment or financial support is required to participate.

Public profile use follows the permission and review process described in our privacy policy. Reference facilities and organizations are examples, not endorsements or confirmed Track partners.

You must be at least 18 to submit forms or use an advisor account. Provide accurate information and share only content you have the right to provide. Do not include another person’s private information without permission. Keep invitation links and account access secure.

You keep ownership of your submitted content. You permit us to process it to respond and administer your request. Public use is limited to your separate recorded permissions; a private form submission does not grant blanket promotional rights. You can request changes or withdraw public-use permission.

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content or interfere with other users. We may restrict abusive access or remove unlawful material.

Site branding, text and artwork belong to their respective owners. You may link to the site and share public project information accurately with attribution. Do not imply an affiliation or endorsement or reuse another person’s photo outside their permission.

We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but errors, interruptions and revisions can occur. Contact us about an error or access barrier. These informational terms do not replace future contracts for golf, goods, services or financial support.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. The laws of Florida and applicable federal law govern the website terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.

We may revise these website terms and will update the date here. A revision does not retroactively create consent, a payment obligation or a purchase agreement. Contact hello@playthetrack.golf for help, corrections or withdrawal of interest.
