Privacy Policy

Work & Family LLC d/b/a The Track operates playthetrack.golf. The proposed nonprofit structure is still being developed. This policy covers the public website and invitation, advisor and staff account features.

Public forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, interests, message and any optional public-display or text-message choices. Steward interest may include your preferred individual or foursome option. We keep the original order of earlier signups.

Maker inquiries may include a business name, category, website and proposed involvement. Earlier investment inquiries remain private records; this site is not offering securities.

Personal invitations and advisor profiles can include a name, email, biography or quote, photo, social profile links, involvement preferences, selected sharing channels and optional nonbinding financial interest. We retain dated response and consent versions. Advisors can nominate contacts; please share only information you are authorized to provide.

Hosting and security services process information such as IP addresses, request time, browser details and error logs to deliver and protect the website. These records can identify a device or person; we do not describe them as anonymous.

Clerk provides staff and advisor authentication and processes account details, verified email, sign-in and session information. Neon hosts application records. Vercel hosts the website. These providers process data under their own applicable service terms and privacy policies.

We use submissions to respond to your request, administer signup order, understand project interest, arrange requested follow-up, manage invitations and advisor access, and protect the service. Optional email-update and text-message choices control those communications. A signup is not consent to unrelated marketing.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the website forms to take payments. Financial-interest amounts and private notes are not published as public endorsements.

Community Supporters appear only when public-display permission is recorded. Public entries can show first name and last initial, signup type and an approved note; an anonymous choice hides the name. General community messages remain private.

Honorary advisory profiles require a joining response, permission for the Project website channel and profile approval. Pending or withdrawn profiles are not published. Other approved sharing channels are separate choices. Historical consent versions are retained to document what was authorized.

You can ask us to remove a public entry or withdraw use permission. We can remove material we control; copies already downloaded, indexed or shared by others may remain outside our control. A public-supporter listing does not imply advisory board membership.

Account features use cookies and similar storage for authentication and security. The public website does not intentionally load advertising trackers or a third-party marketing analytics script. Hosting services still process technical request information. If our tracking practices change, we will update this policy and provide any required choices.

External links take you to separately operated websites. Their privacy and accessibility practices may differ. Browser settings let you control cookies, although blocking authentication cookies can prevent account features from working.

Access is limited to authorized project personnel and service providers who help operate the site. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to address fraud or security incidents, or in a business transition subject to applicable protections. A future nonprofit or fiscal sponsor would be identified before any new payment or data-sharing arrangement that requires your decision.

We retain active requests while needed for follow-up and program administration. Consent history and security records may be retained where necessary to document permissions, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. We review deletion requests individually and do not promise immediate removal from backups.

Contact hello@playthetrack.golf to request access, correction, deletion, a change to your interests or withdrawal of public-use permission. We may ask for reasonable verification before providing or changing private records. We will explain any applicable retention limitation.

You can stop optional email updates using an unsubscribe link when provided or by contacting us. For text messages, reply STOP or contact us. Choosing not to receive updates does not affect your ability to express interest.

Website forms and accounts are intended for adults 18 and older. Parents or guardians should contact us about youth programming without entering a child’s personal information in these forms. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

We use access controls and transport encryption, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Never submit payment-card details, government identifiers, medical information or account passwords in a message.
